How can I meet you at my hotel?
We will meet in the lobby of your hotel at the agreed time. If you are not in the lobby, I will ask the receptionist to call your room. If they cannot find you in your room, the receptionist of your hotel will be informed that I will be waiting for you outside the hotel in front of my vehicle.
In big Hotels like (Hilton, Intercontinental, Marriott, and hotels that have a doorman), I will ask for you at the doorman of the hotel, who is standing outside the main gate. I will inform him where I will be waiting for you, in case you are not there. So please ask him.
How much luggage can we have with us?
You may take about 25 kg each and max size 55×40 cm, plus one handbag per person. Our booking agent will lead you to a vehicle that is suitable for you.
I have lost my luggage. Will 4transfers.com collect it for me later?
All airlines have handling agents. They will arrange for any missing luggage to be sent to your resort address.
I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
Please contact us. We will then endeavor to have the items returned to you. A charge may be applicable.
Do you offer discount rates for children or babies?
4transfers.com charges the same rate for all occupied seats.
Can I have a receipt?
Your email Transport Voucher is your receipt. You can also have one sent to your email, or receive one upon service.
How long does the journey to the resort take?
We can inform you of your voucher upon booking. The time of the journey may vary depending on the service booked, the time of the day, or the road conditions.
Can we stop off at a supermarket, or pick up property keys en route?
Only by prior arrangement with us and only if you are traveling by Private Transfer. Subject to availability, additional supplements may apply.
Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?
Private Transfers are direct and door-to-door. Shared Transfers may be subject to brief stops to collect or drop-off other clients.
I have already booked my transportation. Is there anything else I should do?
Absolutely nothing. Our system is automatic and built to lead you while booking. You have automatically received a confirmation e-mail and a Voucher. Print it and sign it, as it will be requested from our driver.
How will I know that my reservation is confirmed?
By checking out at the booking procedure you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a Voucher. All details of your reservation and meeting instructions are written in the voucher. Two days before your arrival, you will receive in your email a reminder about your transfer from us.
What if my plane, train, or ship is delayed?
There is no reason to worry. No matter the delay, the driver will wait without an additional charge. We are constantly on-line with the airport, port and train station.
What if I want to select a destination that is not listed on your website?
It’s simple: use our ”Contact Us” form. We will contact you within 24 hours with information regarding the cost and payment method.
There are five of us or more. Can we use one car?
Of course, you can. During your booking, our system offers you a variety of vehicles according to your needs. Take a look at some of the vehicles in our fleet.
Can I make a multi-days reservation for a taxi or minibus?
You certainly can. Follow our booking procedure, or contact us to arrange it.
Can I make a reservation for a TAXI or a MINIBUS just for a few hours?
If this is not included in our list, then please “Contact Us” including the details.
Will I be charged extra if I have too much or bulky luggage?
Absolutely NOT. Our booking system will lead you to the vehicle that is right for you.
Do you operate during taxi or Minibus strikes?
Unfortunately not. 4transfers.com consists of legitimate cabs and Minibuses. We have to follow the instructions of the Associations. Our system will propose to you the type of vehicles that are available and NOT on strike for that day.
I am leaving in a few hours, could I book a taxi or a minibus?
4transfers.com accepts reservations even 10 hours before your arrival at your departure point. For example, if your flight takes off at 22:00, you could book your taxi even at 12:00 on the same day! So, go ahead and book your transfer now!
